Not the most beautiful area, but very practical for visiting Rome. Metro station 5 minutes walk. Few toilets, but very clean. Very warm welcome from the owners and reservation possibilities.

Strategic location for visiting Rome, very close to the metro. Safe and controlled inside and at the entrances, day and night. Friendly and helpful staff. The bathroom situation is unthinkable, with only 1 bathroom and 1 shower for 40 caper seats. Although they are doing some work in this period, especially from a shower point of view, it is not possible to think that they have not thought about integrating the electric boiler which only allows 2/3 showers now. The 5 of us took 2 showers and by the 3rd it was already cold. Furthermore, given the poor service even for a fee... cold. I'm sorry, but although during the works this thing must be thought out and organized by implementing the existing shower to provide the minimum service to those who use the structure and pay for parking. It's a shame because this part (and a little more green which wouldn't do) would have been much appreciated..

Very convenient for visiting Rome near the metro, and the bus station (bus 85 for the center) very kind staff but somewhat dilapidated bathrooms.
