Slightly sloping ground towards the bottom of the area. Sand soil + grass. Quiet place at the bottom of a quiet subdivision. Despite a terminal with a coin mechanism, clean water and emptying the toilet cassette, like waste water, are free. The village center is only a stone's throw away. Congratulations to the Municipality! A little advice though if I can afford: the flooring and the slope deserve to be improved.
