Very good out of season. Much quieter back seats. Lack of demarcation between locations. Some take their ease. Poorly done gray water drainage.

PARK camper van area with 70 spaces, beautiful pitches stabilized level but only 3.50 m wide 1 m wider this would have been a very pleasant area, even at the end of September the area this evening and practically complete price 16.01€. Address route des beaches perdus 40200 mimizan I thought I would spend several days there, but I preferred the one in Pontenx-les-Forges which is very pleasant with a large, stabilized location

It’s a great area! The ocean is about 6 minutes away by bike, it’s great! It's just a registration system at the entrance (registration for access to all motorhome park areas). Also note that you must arrive before noon, or even 11 a.m. because that's when departures from this area take place!

Area close to all sea and trade except certain does not respect future neighbors the mentality of motorhome owners takes a hit fortunately that everything is like see photo
